2. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• payment cannot be authorised

• incorrect pricing has occurred

• fraudulent activity is suspected

• a product is unavailable

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

3. Personalised Products

Blended products are made to order using the custom options selected by the customer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

• your chosen size is correct

• your selected flag combination is correct

• your delivery address is accurate

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) or USD ($).

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before production begins.

We accept payment through Shopify's approved payment providers.

6. Production & Delivery

Every item is produced specifically for you.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Blended is not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier services

• customs processing

• severe weather

• industrial action

• events outside our reasonable control

7. Returns & Refunds

As our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because:

• you changed your mind

• you ordered the wrong size

• you selected the wrong flag combination

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Product Images

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However, colours may vary slightly due to:

• monitor settings

• screen brightness

• photography lighting

• manufacturing variations

Minor variations do not constitute a fault.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• branding

• graphics

• photographs

• product designs

• embroidery designs

is the property of Blended unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Custom Flag Accuracy

While we take every care to reproduce each selected flag as accurately as possible, slight variations in embroidery, thread colour or scale may occur due to the manufacturing process.

Blended celebrates heritage, culture and identity. We reserve the right to refuse any order requesting designs, symbols or combinations that are unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, offensive or otherwise inconsistent with our brand values.
